
Mr. Saj Khan is a Consultant Ophthalmologist in the South East and London who specialises in cataract and vision correction surgery. Mr Khan graduated in London from the United Medical and Dental Schools of Guys and St Thomas’ Hospitals (UMDS), after initially undergoing general training with a view to becoming a GP, before deciding on a career in Ophthalmology.
His ophthalmic surgical training included St. Thomas’ Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital and Moorfields Eye Hospital. This was followed by a fellowship (advanced training) in cataract, cornea and refractive surgery at the world renowned Corneoplastic Unit at the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead. He then worked as a Consultant at the Corneoplastic Unit from 2008 to 2012 before deciding to commit to full time independent practice in order to be able to provide the highest standards of care to both self-pay and insured patients.
